Early Times Report

Jammu, Apr 27: As nation looks forward to the centennial episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat, Chief Spokesperson BJP Mahila Morcha J&K UT Ritika Trehan today appealed people of J&K to send suggestions and ideas on how to celebrate the 100th episode of the monthly radio program. There are three ways through which you can send your suggestions - first is through the Narendra Modi app, second is by contributing to the MyGov open forum and the third is by dialing the toll-free number 1800117800 and recording your message, said Ritika.
Ritika further said that this time not only within India but people in other countries would also be able to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 100th episode of the radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ because PM Narendra Modi is a global leader. The programme was started on the occasion of Vijayadashami on October 3, 2014. Prime Minister’s unique and direct communication with the citizens through Radio, Mann Ki Baat has completed 99 Episodes till now. It has been the genesis, medium and amplifier of social changes like Swachh Bharat, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Water conservation, Vocal for Local etc, added Ritika. The programme has shown a tremendous impact on Industries like Khadi, Indian Toy Industry, Startups in Health, AYUSH, Space etc. With its innovative and unique interactive style of presentation, the programme has carved out a niche for itself as a unique paradigm of communication, said Ritika.
Ritika claimed that Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi is universally acknowledged as an exceptionally gifted communicator who can establish instant rapport with the masses. His oratorical skills are only one explanation for this unique ability. The sincerity with which he speaks, the integrity which he is known for, and the trust-based relationship he has struck with the people over the past eight years all contribute to his success as a mass communicator. His inclusionary approach has found unprecedented acceptance across demographics. It’s PM Modi’s people-centric model of development that has endeared him to the vast multitudes. And it’s his non-elitist idea of a continuous dialogue with the people that led to what we now know as Mann Ki Baat, launched in October 2014, added Ritika.
