REASI, Apr 29: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta asked the BJP cadre to reinforce the Party at the booth level to ensure a resounding victory in all the emerging political combats in the J&K.
He was speaking while chairing a meeting of Reasi Assembly Constituency in connection with Party's 'Booth Sashaktikaran Abhiyan'. The meeting was attended by Ajay Nanda, former MLA; Kuldeep Dubey In-charge Parliament Constituency, Abdul Rashid DDC member, Chaman Lal bhagat, Raghav Kesar, Varinder Bali, Adv Pawan Dev Singh, Sheel Magotra, Sudesh Puri, Raghu Datt Verma, Yog Raj Raina, Ram Rattan Sharma, Shamsher Singh and Rumal Singh.
Kavinder said that the tenure of PM Modi will be written in the history of the country as a renaissance period as tremendous changes took place under this regime with India transforming into a global power. He asked party workers to strengthen the organization from the booth-level, and reach out to prospective voters from all segments and age-groups. He laid stress on strengthening organizational setup to the hilt so that the party's triumph at all the political contests could be ensured in the coming future.
The senior BJP leader also asked the booth level workers to disseminate information about Modi government's flagship schemes among the common masses so that doubts if any can be warded off timely leaving no scope for the opposition parties to take undue benefits by swaying people by misleading them.
Kavinder said that it is important to bring the voter to the polling booth and efforts should be made by the party workers to meet this challenge with utmost ease through strong resolve and conviction. He also said there is a need to strengthen the support base and take it to another level in the ensuing poll season. He said that ground level workers are the real ambassadors of the party as their efforts can prove to be the game changer especially to get favourable results in elections.
Speaking over the 100th Episode of PM Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat', Kavinder said a gala event will be organized in Kouri area of Reasi district in which more than one thousand people will listen to the 100th edition of 'Mann Ki Baat'. He appealed to the party workers not to leave any stone unturned in making this grand event a big success in the district.
Later, Kavinder Gupta paid obeisance to Salal Devta and prayed for the peace and prosperity of the Union Territory.
