| 7-day Basic Course hosted for Scout Masters, Guide Captains | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Apr 30: A 7-day Basic Course for Scout Masters and Guide Captains has been organised by the Bharat Scouts Guides Jammu and Kashmir UT here in the Sports Stadium Doda from April 25 to May1, 2023. A total of 74 participants working as teachers including 42 males and 32 females, drawn from the schools of the District, are attending the week-long course.
A Camp Fire function organised today was attended by District Development Commissioner (DDC), Vishesh Paul Mahajan as the Chief Guest and SSP, Abdul Qayoom as the Guest of Honour.
A scintillating Cultural programme was presented on the occasion, which was appreciated by all the people present.
The participants of the course were imparted training by R.P Kotwal and his team under the guidance of Wing Commander M.M. Joshi, National Commissioner Scouts and H.L Dogra, State Treasurer Scouts Guide. Leader of the Course R.P Kotwal imparted training under Bharat Scouts Guide programme which included First Aid, Drill Mrching etc. |
