Jammu, May 7: Jammu Kashmir medical employees federation hold one day delegates conference at press club Jammu today to create awareness among delegates to strengthen the federation for overall changing scenario and plan future strategies of federation to achieve goals.
The federation passed a resolution on following burning demands of medical employees.
That salary of 2211 head. The Salary of 2211 head is not disbursed timely.
The federation will take all necessary steps to solve long pending Salary issue of Fmphw and other staff working under 2211head and fight till it's logical solution.
That creation of post of district pharmacy officer and block pharmacy officer. The federation will take all necessary step for creation of post of district pharmacy officer and block pharmacy officer.
Risk allowance. The federation will also put it's best efforts to raise voice for risk allowance in favour of medical employees.
The federation also raise concern over the non filling of vacant post in health department eg DHS and Director familys welfare.
5 Old pension scheme. The federation already represented it's perspective regarding old pension scheme. Now federation forcefully raise voice for implementation of old pension scheme on the anology of other state.
The federation in august presence of delegates dissolved old body of federation and unanimously put crown on the head of Sh Susil Sudan as new president of Jammu Kashmir medical employees federation. The president is authorised to frame core committee and appoint new Provincial body for smooth functioning of federation with in shortest possible time. The federation also pledged that it will work tirelessly towards achieving the objective.
