DODA, May 11: District Magistrate Doda Vishesh Mahajan has ordered detention of a habitual bovine smuggler under J&K Public Safety Act (PSA), 1978, vide order no. 23/DM/DODA/PSA/2023.
The bovine smuggler Yasir Hussain S/O Reham Ali R/O Village Behani Sherki A/P Runta Tehsil Bhaderwah, has been found involved in five bovine smuggling cases.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Doda has produced material record in the form of dossier and other connected documents like copy of FIRs and daily diary reports in respect of Yasir Hussain Slo Reham Ali RJo Village Behani Sheriki NP Runta Tehsil Bhaderwah District Doda.
The DM has warned persons involved in Bovine Smuggling, drug trafficking to shun unlawful activities or face the toughest action warranted under law. |
