JAMMU, May 15: On the directions of Directorate of HG, CD and SDRF J&K, 05 days training programme was started at Govt. Modal Hr. Sec. School Kandoli Nagrota, Jammu. The programme was started by the Civil Defence, Jammu under the supervision Dy.SP. Anita Pawar, Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Jammu. In the training camp 100 Students of Hr. Sec. School are attending CD basic training. The said training will be given by the Civil Defence Experts on the knowledge of First Aid & Fire Fighting, Snake bite, Choking and other basic life saving technique and preventive measures during the natural/ manmade disaster.
During the inaugural programme of the training, Dy.SP. Anita Pawar delivered a lecture and highlighted the role of Civil Defence and importance of this training. She urged that this training is considered to be very beneficial for the daily life of every human being.
Paramjit Kumar Chief Warden Civil Defence Jammu in his speech also highlighted the setup of the organization especially the role of wardens in Civil Defence organization. At the end of the programme Parshotam Kumar Sharma Principal of the Hr. Sec. School presented vote of thanks. Besides other present on the occasion include R. Vijay Magotra Dy. Chief Warden CD Jammu, Sub Inspr. Ram Dayal Saini I/C Trainings, Ct. Rajinder Kumar Civil Defence instructor and Ct. Parshotam Kumar civil Defence Instructor. |
