Jammu January 14, 2009:- In a joint statement issued here today J&K National Conference leaders have congratulated Dr. Farooq Abdullah on taking over as the President of the party.
The party leaders expressed hope that under the experienced and able leadership of Dr. Farooq Abdullah the party will be further strengthened and there shall be close coordination between the government and the party so that the programmes of the party percolate down below.
They also expressed their confidence that the government under the dynamic leadership of Omar Abdullah shall further strengthen and work for the betterment of the common masses.
