| Probe ordered into CRPF harassment case | | | Early Times Reporter
JAMMU, JANUARY 16 – Government has ordered enquiry into the Saraf Kadal incident in downtown Srinagar today.
An official spokesman said here that SSP, Srinagar will be the Inquiry Officer, who has been asked to locate the erring officials of the CRPF company and submit his report within three days. Meanwhile, the company involved in the incident has been moved out of the downtown area.
The Director General of Police, Mr. Kuldeep Khoda has spoken to IG, CRPF and conveyed to him that action should be taken against the erring officials. He told him that while law and order has to be maintained at all costs, the common man should not suffer.
