JSS Kathua Shines at Maiden Open Badminton Tournament

KATHUA, May 19: Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua participated in the Maiden Open Badminton Tournament organized by the University of Jammu at Kathua Campus. Under the leadership of Meenakshi Kilam, the Rector of Kathua Campus, and with the guidance of sports teachers, the tournament was a resounding success.
Ayush Kumar Sinha, a 12th-grade student, emerged as the Runner's Up and won the men's singles category. In the women's doubles category, Nittika Jaiwallia and Ridham, also from 12th grade, secured the Runner's Up trophy.
The participants from Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua displayed great enthusiasm and skill throughout the competition. The school is proud of its students who competed against college students and showcased their mettle.
Mili R Sumbria, the Principal of Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua, congratulated the sports coaches, Monika Sharma and Anuj Bharti, along with the dynamic winners and their parents for their remarkable achievements. She encouraged them to continue their determination and persistent efforts to make success a habit.
The school extends its gratitude to Meenakshi Kilam, the Rector of Kathua Campus, and her team for organizing such an exciting opportunity for the youth of Kathua.
