| Gupta inaugurates JK Bank branches | | | Early Times Jammu, January 16- Jammu and Kashmir Bank opened today two more branches in Jammu district, at Topesherkhanian and Karan Bagh. The branches were inaugurated by the Vice President, Jammu Central Zone, Mr. Madan Gupta. Addressing the gathering at the new branch sites, the Vice President, Jammu Central Zone Mr. Gupta said that in pursuit of the bank's objective of 'serving to empower' they would be providing a bouquet of world class banking products and services to the masses at both the locations which shall soon switch over to CBS system where facilities like online banking, RTGS, NEFT, Internet Banking, mobile banking and e-banking would be made available. He said that the bank's endeavour would be not only to provide financial solutions to the people problems, but also to ameliorate the lot of the masses, to bring economic development to the state and facilitate in the process of employment generation. Gupta informed the gathering that with t he addition of these two branches, the total number of bank's branches has gone up to 573. Acknowledging the patronage and support of its wider clientele network, the Voice President said that what J&K Bank is today is all because of the love and affection of the people and the faith that they reposed in this premier institution of the state. He urged the people to take the benefit of the products and services of the bank. The local people hailed the initiative or the bank and assured their full cooperation to the bank.
