RAMBAN, May 26: The District Administration Ramban received the Shri Mata Kheer Bhawani Ji Yatra, 2023, at Yatri Niwas Chanderkote. Deputy Commissioner, Mussarat Islam, SSP, Mohita Sharma, and President MC Ramban Sunita Sumberia welcomed the devotees. Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajinder Sharma, ADC Harbans Sharma, and other senior officers, along with religious leaders and members of civil society, were also present on the occasion. The Deputy Commissioner and other officials interacted with the yatris to gather firsthand information regarding the facilities at the Langar. The DC stated that the District Administration, in coordination with the police, social and religious organizations, had made adequate arrangements for lunch, security, and other essential services for the yatris. After having lunch at Yatri Niwas Chanderkote, the pilgrims resumed their onward journey to the holy shrine in Tulmulla Kashmir. |
