JAMMU, JAN 17: A day long workshop on awareness of self defense for women was organized by the J&K helpline society at Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar here today.
The workshop was held under the expert of martial arts Sameer Andotra a third degree black belt. In the workshop nearly 500 students took part along with Prof. R K Raina and Prof. Mrs Jamwal.
