JAMMU, May 28: Chairperson of J&K Waqf Board, Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi, graced a prestigious event held at Jammu University's Brigadier Rajinder Singh Auditorium, where she presented the National Achievers Awards to thirty remarkable women from diverse fields.
