| Indian Youth Congress executive reconstituted | | Vikram included as General Secretary | | Early Times Reporter Jammu, Jan 17 All India Congress Committee (AICC) has approved the new National Executive of the Indian Youth Congress. Headed by Rahul Gandhi the newly constituted National Executive shall have 9 general secretaries and 13 secretaries. Vikram Malhotra, the Youth Congress leader of Jammu and Kashmir has also been named amongst the general secretaries. Others inducted as general secretaries include Amrinder Singh Raja (Punjab), Chayanika Uniyal (Rajasthan) Nadeem Javed (Uttar Pradesh) Nyamar Karbak (Arunachal Pradesh) P.C. Vishnunath (Kerala) Priyavart Singh (Madhya Pradesh) Vikram Malhotra (J&K) Virendar Rathore (Haryana), Yashomati Thakur (Maharashtra) The list of secretaries include Abdul Hafiz Gandhi (Uttar Pradesh), Jyothimani (Tamilnadu) Kiran Chamala Reddy (Andhra Pradesh) Mridul Gogoi (Assam) Md. Naushad (Delhi), Neetu Verma (Delhi), Netta D’souza (Dadra Nagar & Haveli) 8 Pradeep Majhi (Orrisa), Sanjay Lal Paswan (Jharkhand), Shiv Kumar Bhagat (Jharkhand) Usha Rani (Andhra Pradesh), Vikas Upadhyay (Chhattisgarh) Vinod Sultanpuri (Himachal Pradesh). It is pertinent to mention that after Ghulam Nabi Azad, who remained president of the National Youth Congress, Vikram Malhotra is the first youth leader from the state to be nominated as General Secretary
