| BJP criticizes dual standard of NC-Congress alliance | | Khajuria demands withdrawal of PSA from Dinesh Bharti | | Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 17- Expressing deep concern and shock over the release of 15 persons detained under PSA and involved in heinous crime, the State President Ashok Khajuria has criticized the dual standard of NC-Congress alliance . He said while on one hand the government has not lifted PSA from Swami Dinesh Bharti and on the other it has released the 15 persons detained under PSA for heinous crime. This, he said, has been done to appease the fundamental forces especially of one community. The BJP Chief demanded immediate withdrawal of PSA warrants issued against Dinesh Bharti, otherwise, he said, that ‘we will not tolerate this type of attitude of government and will agitate the matter in assembly and if required on roads’. He expressed the hope that government will keep the word and even during the negotiations with Shri Amar Nath Sangarsh Samiti leaders it was agreed that they will withdraw PSA from Dinesh Bharti and the government has not kept the promise. ‘He charged Congress leaders for remaining silent on the issue and maintained that if they do not come forward to agitate the demands of the Jammu region people will not forgive them. Khajuria said that Omar Abdullah should take guidance from his father and NC President Farooq Abdullah and should not repeat such acts which disturb communal fabric of the state. He appealed the government for accepting the long pending demand of government employees with regard to implementation of Sixth Pay commission and said that BJP would fight for the genuine cause of the government employees.
