BJP celebrates PM Modi's 9 years as "Vikas Tirath"

JAMMU, June 1: The BJP District Jammu South, under the leadership of its President Rekha Mahajan, celebrated PM Narendra Modi's 9 years as "Vikas Tirath" with mega programs in both RS Pura Constituency at the flyover near Gangyal, Kunjwani, and Bahu Constituency at Gandola point, Bahu Fort in Jammu District South. The mega Vikas Tirath events were organized under the presidency of District President Rekha Mahajan.
The event was attended by Deputy Mayor Baldev Billowria, Ex-MLC Vikram Randhawa, Charanjit Singh Khalsa, District Prabhari Ayodhya Gupta, Former District President Vinay Gupta, State Vice Presidents Anuradha Charak and Aseem Gupta, Senior leader Rajeev Charak, District General Secretary Akash Chopra, Pushpinder Singh, and several Mandal Presidents, Councillors, and Morcha Presidents.
In her presidential address, Rekha Mahajan emphasized that every decision and action undertaken by the BJP aimed to improve the lives of people. She highlighted the nine years of the Modi government, celebrating its domestic triumphs and PM Modi's emergence as the "most popular world leader." Rekha emphasized the transformative changes brought about by the Modi government and highlighted key infrastructure projects such as the flyover in RS Pura Gangyal, Kunjwani, and the Jammu Ropeway project at Bahu Fort Gandola point.
Rekha further discussed the development work in Jammu and Kashmir, including the approval of the Jakh (Vijaypur)-Kunjwani section of National Highway-44 for a six-lane Expressway and the Bahu-Mubarak Mandi Ropeway project. She emphasized the government's focus on transforming J&K into a tourism hub and highlighted the positive changes witnessed in the state's growth and development.
Other leaders, including Baldev Billowaria and Vikram Randhawa, praised PM Modi's leadership and highlighted the government's focus on the safety, development, and welfare of the country and its people. They acknowledged the special attention given to Jammu and Kashmir in terms of financial incentives and development initiatives, leading to visible improvements and professionalism in the working system.
