These trained volunteers have undergone rigorous training in disaster management and rescue operations, playing a vital role in ensuring the safety of residents during emergencies.
The rescue kits, consisting of essential equipment such as first aid kits, searchlights, ropes, helmets, and communication devices, will enable the ‘Aapda Mitras’ to respond effectively and assist the community in times of crisis.
Deputy Commissioner Kundal commended the dedication and commitment of the ‘Aapda Mitras’ in serving the community. He emphasized their crucial role in mitigating the impact of disasters and ensuring the well-being of the residents in Rajouri.
