EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, JAN 18: There is an strong resentment brewing among the Congress workers not including MLC, Mohd Sharief Niaz in the council of minister headed by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. As per press release the active workers of congress party have said, that Niaz inspite of his sacrifices, honesty and dedication he deserved to be the minister in the newly formed coalition ministry of which Congress is a partner. In a meeting held here today, speakers in one voice said, for not given birth in the cabinet it a presumed that some conspiracy is being hatched to keep him (Niaz) away from the public, where he has mass following. His seniority is being ignored besides his unblemished service to the party has been kept in abeyance as he offered his own seat of Bhaderwah constituency to G N Azad who fought election from there.
