Kawa College of Education organizes Fresher cum Farewell party

JAMMU, June 10: Kawa College of Education, Jammu on Saturday celebrated Fresher cum farewel party with great zeal and enthusiasm in the college premises. M S Katoch (Chairman of the College) was the chief guest of the occasion and Mr. Abhimanyu Katoch (Managing Director Kawa Group of Colleges) graced the occasion as guest of honour. Others present were Principal Kawa College, Dr. Bharti Sharma ,staff members along with the students of Kawa College of Education.
The Freshers Party was packed with engaging activities and entertainment that were carefully designed to ensure a memorable experience for all attendees. Students presented a range of performances, including live music, dance performances, stand-up comedy, and talent showcases. Additionally, there were interactive games, photo shoots, and a variety of delicious food and refreshments. Speaking on the occasion Sh. M S Katoch Chairman encouraged them to develop the skillful and colorful attitude in the life and also congratulated staff and students for organizing such a wonderful function in the college. The chairman further said that these events serves as an opportunity for students to interact, connect, and forge lasting friendships in a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The event aims to create a welcoming environment where the new students can feel a sense of belonging within the college and community.
Dr Bharti Sharma said that this event not only provides an enjoyable evening but also offers a platform for new students to connect with their peers, faculty members, and staff. It’s an excellent opportunity for them to kick-start their journey in a fun and inclusive way.
Mr Abhimanyu Katoch said that the primary objective of the event was to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for the new students, facilitating their integration into the institution.
Finally, Mr Fresher title was given to Mr. Vikas and Ms fresher was Ms Sonia, futher Mr Sumit Bali was chosen as Mr Farewell and Preety Chib as Ms Farewell. The event concluded with prize distribution ceremony among the winners.
