JAMMU, June 20: In a remarkable display of efficiency and dedication, the Jammu Police have successfully eradicated illicit activities from BC Road, a notorious hub for criminal operations.
Their intervention has transformed the once-infamous area near Jammu bus stand into a safe and secure zone for residents and visitors alike.
The BC Road, located in the heart of Jammu, had long been plagued by illegal activities.
The negative influence of these activities had a detrimental effect on the community, leading to increased crime rates and a general sense of insecurity among the local population.
However, in a well-coordinated operation, Jammu Police launched a comprehensive crackdown on the illicit activities.
A local said, "Earlier we were ashamed and scared to walk through the BC Road as the illicit activities used to take place openly. But now, Police are maintaining 24x7 vigil and are not allowing anyone to indulge in shameful acts. We are thankful to Jammu Police for cleaning up the BC Road area."
He said, "We are thankful to Station House Officer Bus Stand, Vishal Dogra, for acting swiftly against the criminals. Thank you Jammu Police."
