NC delegation led by Ajaz Jan meets DC to discuss public issues

POONCH, June 24: A delegation from the National Conference, led by Ajaz Jan, Provincial President Youth JKNC Jammu, and former Legislator, recently met with Choudhary Mohammad Yasin, IAS, the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner of Poonch District. The delegation, consisting of District President, Block President, Sarpanches, Councillors, and prominent individuals from the district, extended their congratulations to the Deputy Commissioner and discussed various challenges faced by the public.
During the meeting, Ajaz Jan emphasized the need for improved road connectivity in the district and urged the Deputy Commissioner to take necessary measures to address this issue. He also raised concerns regarding the delayed approval of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and urged prompt resolution of these pending matters.
The delegation requested the Deputy Commissioner's intervention in expediting development projects, particularly in remote areas, with a focus on road construction before the upcoming winter season. They also highlighted the inadequate power supply in far-flung regions and appealed for timely action to ensure regular electricity supply.
Deputy Commissioner Ch Yasin attentively listened to the delegation's concerns and assured them of his commitment to addressing these challenges. He pledged to prioritize the resolution of the issues raised and work towards improving the overall well-being of the people of Poonch District.
The delegation included prominent individuals such as Bagh Hussain Rathore, Sayed Khurshid Shah, Najab din Dar, Thakur Shiv Ratan, Raju Thakur, Saleem Qazi, Shivratan, Shafeeq Baba, Prvinder Singh, Sukhdev Singh, Naveen Singh, Yaseen Shah, Mohd Rustam, Shamim Barachar, Sonu Singh, Abdul Jabar Tantary, Rafiq Diku, Gulam Mohammad Gulla Diku, Sunnuulla Sheikh, Guffar Sahib, Kh Andul Razak, Rustam Ishaq Khan, and others.
