| Jain for creating cadre of multi skilled work force | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU JANUARY 21- Director General IMPA Mr. Pramod Jain has emphasized the need for collective responsibility and creating a cadre of multi skilled and multi task work force. He said that there was need for a result oriented approach towards work and performing beyond the call of duty to make a more efficient and effective work force.
Mr. Jain was addressing the concluding function of ‘Secretariat Assistants Training course’ at Institute of Management , Public Administration and Rural Development here today.
He said that 27 Senior and Head Assistants of various government departments participated in the training course , who were familiarised with the various provisions of J&K Civil Service Rules and Regulations, Financial Code, Secretariat Manual and Conduct and Appeal Rules, which form part of the syllabus of the departmental examination conducted by J&K Public Service Commission.
Course Coordinator of the Training Programme Prof. Indu Aima briefed about the objectives and contents of the programme.
