Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 21- Hundreds of party activists, led by BJP Jammu Mahanagar District President Rajesh Gupta, today took out a rally from party headquarters, which after passing through main bazars of the city, culminated at City Chowk, where effigy of the state government was burnt for not lifting PSA on Sant Dinesh Bharti. The activists were carrying party flags and placards demanding immediate withdrawal of PSA on Sant Dinesh Bharti. Rajesh Gupta, while addressing the party activists at City Chowk, said how unfortunate it is that the NC-Congress coalition has lifted PSA on 15 anti-national elements belonging to a particular faith and is adopting different yardsticks for Hindu saint Sant Dinesh Bharti, who took active part in Jammu agitation. He said while the 15 persons were involved in heinous crimes, Bharti had only accompanied his co-religion people on a issue that was directly linked with the religious sentiments of crores of Hindus across the country. He said raising voice against assault on one's religious sentiments is not a crime and Bharti being a religious preacher did nothing wrong while taking part in the 2-month Jammu agitation. He advised the State Chief Minister of adopting positive attitude towards all the religions as he represents the state which houses population of Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and other communities. He, on this occasion, declared that the party activists will not sit quite on the issue and further intensify the agitation if PSA was not lifted and Sant Dinesh Bharti released immediately.
