Cluster University organizes Motivational lecture

Jammu, July 3: The Directorate of Placement Cell at Cluster University of Jammu, in collaboration with KIIT University, Odisha, and Career Counselling and Placement Cell of PSPS Govt. College for Women, Gandhi Nagar Jammu, organized a motivational lecture by renowned motivational speaker, achiever, and actor Mr. Arfeen Khan.
The event began with the National anthem followed by the traditional lamp lighting ceremony. Prof. D. S. Manhas, Dean of the Directorate of Placement Cell, formally welcomed the guests. Prof. Bechan Lal, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Cluster University of Jammu, graced the occasion as the chief guest, and Dr. Jatinder Khajuria, the worthy registrar, was the guest of honor.
Radhika Cheema, a successful women entrepreneur and founder of KHJ Health Care Foundation, shared her inspiring life journey and motivated the audience. Mr. Arfeen Khan, the resource person for the event, is an internationally recognized expert in personal development, leadership, and motivation. During his lecture, he shared valuable insights and strategies to ignite the greatness within each attendee.
Through compelling storytelling, practical examples, and interactive sessions, students learned how to overcome obstacles, embrace challenges with resilience and determination, and cultivate a positive mindset to unleash their potential and strength.
Puneet Pradhan, Director and advisor of KIIT University, emphasized the importance of setting and achieving ambitious goals with strategic planning and focused action. Dr. Naveen Anand, Dean of Academic Affairs, and Dr. Satinder Kour, Dean of Research Studies, were also present at the event. Prof. Minu Mahajan, the Principal of the college, congratulated the organizing committee for arranging such a wonderful and impactful event.
Approximately 700 students, along with college faculty members, attended the program. The event was organized under the guidance of Prof. Rajni Kumari, Convener of Career Counselling and Placement Cell, and the committee members. The proceedings of the program were conducted by Prof. Sugandha Mahajan, and the vote of thanks was presented by Prof. Neelam Thapa.
