Jammu, Jan: 22: The J&K Milchar Front general Secretary Kuldeep Kumar Rao along with president All India Kisan Sabha. Dr. G.S Charak have jointly appealed to the chief minister Omar Abdullah and Dy. Chief minister Tara Chand that state board of school education he bifurcated as students of the both regions of the state face lot of problems at the time of office move.
As per press release, both the leaders have said, that since when the board was constituted and the posts of one Chairman and one secretary were created, the number of candidates appearing in Board Examinations has increased to five times, such that hence the creation of two additional posts has become absolutely necessary.
If due to any reason, the creation of two posts of Chairman be not possible, at least there should be two secretaries just as is the case in all other departments which have one Commissioners/Secretary but Directors for each division or one DGP and separate IGP’s for each division.
