| JU officer accused of misbehaviour with teacher | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 22: As the students of the university urges the Vice chancellor to initiate a departmental enquiry against the warden of the hostel in an apparent case of human trafficking, the Vice Chancellor has been approached by the senior professors of the varsity to initiate an enquiry against an erring administrator of the university. On Wednesday, Anita Billoria, Professor Department of History along with N.K. Tripathi, President JUTA and other office bearers of JUTA approached the Vice Chancellor and complained against D.L. Choudhary, Administrator General Zorawar Singh Auditorium for misbehaving and verbally abusing her. Prof. Tripathi, when approached confirmed the meeting of the JUTA office bearers with the VC on the issue but a written complaint is yet to be filed. Later Anita Billoria in an exclusive meeting with the VC explained him the matter in detail. According to Anita Billoria the VC has sought a detailed written complaint against the Administrator to initiate further enquiry in the matter. Anita Billoria even told that D.L. Choudhary has been an unpleasant colleague in the campus and many a times she has complained against him to the earlier VC but no strict action was taken against him. Choudhary even remained in news last year when an FIR was lodged against him by the proprietor of a cafeteria in the auditorium complex accusing him for physical assault and also few months back when Choudhary organized a wedding of a politicians daughter in the university campus after getting the permission for organizing a yoga seminar.
