| Bhim Singh honoured in Prayag Meet on South-East Asia | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 22- Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman of National Panthers Party, who is also the Member of National Integration Council (NIC), was felicitated in a meeting of intellectuals, thinkers and media persons held in Prayag by Shankeracharya of Puri on the conflict and crisis in the South-East Asia. Addressing a distinguished gathering of saints, sadhus, educationists and several other people, Prof. Bhim Singh accused Anglo-American Axis for the terrorism and drug menace in South-East Asia. He said that the change in White House in the USA shall not make any material difference in South-East Asia because the money power in the USA shall not allow disarmament or any punch on drug traffic because the trade is boosting the hidden money in the pockets of international traders particularly in the USA and Britain. He also did not agree with several leaders that more harsh law shall curb the terrorism and drug trade. He said that power had to be used with awakening campaign by the world Acharyas and moral powers to change the mind-set of the younger generation from violence to peace. Prof. Singh suggested that spiritual leadership like Shankeracharya should take a ‘parikrama’ around South-East Asia where the own government are fighting against their own youth may it be Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan or Bangladesh. He said that the philosophy of deterrence and the power of the gun have disappeared of Moutse Tung. He also hoped that the first black President of the USA, Barack Hussein Obama shall not follow the old track built by the CIA like Dixon Plan to seek resolutions of the situations and conflict in South-East Asia. Shankeracharya of Puri while welcoming Prof. Bhim Singh agreed that evil forces in the 21st century have to be washed with new ethos and new philosophy of love and brotherhood.
