Jammmu, Jan 23: A symposium on ‘Deforestation is the major cause for environmental deterioration’ was organized by the directorate of ecology environment and remote sensing in collaboration with galaxy institute of ETT have today.
Students of the institute throw light a various natural and man made causes responsible for environmental deterioration. They also suggested some remedial measures for manmade problems.
On the occasion prizes were distributed to the students by the man media officer of directorate R.C. Sharma, who also presided our the function.
