| Khajuria inaugurates laying of pipes in Lakhdatta Bazar | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 23- BJP State President and MLA Ashok Khajuria today inaugurated the water pipes laying work in Lakhdatta Bazar of Ward No. 5 of Old City. The residents of the area had been facing acute shortage of drinking water in absence of proper piping.
Khajuria, on this occasion, was also honoured by Lakhdatta Bazar Association. Vijay Kumar Saraf, thanked the MLA for taking interest in getting water pipes laid. He expressed the hope that the MLA will work for the mitigation of the sufferings of the people of constituency.
Khajuria congratulated Vijay Kumar Saraf also on being elected as President of the Bazar Association for the third consecutive term. He assured the local residents and prominent persons that he will take up the improvement of drainage system in Lakhdatta Bazar.
JMC Corporator Rajesh Gupta, Assistant Executive Engineer PHE Mr. Gandotra, Assistant Executive Engineer (UEED) S. Gurcharan Singh, and other officers were also present on the occasion.
