Reasi police committed to Nation’s development through Panch Pran Pledge

Reasi, Aug 9: In a display of dedication to the nation’s growth and prosperity, Reasi Police organized a solemn Panch Pran Pledge ceremony at the Martyr Memorial in Reasi, as part of the “Meri Maati Mera Desh - Mitti Ko Vandana” campaign. Approximately 100 police personnel participated in the event, reaffirming their commitment to the country’s progress and paying homage to the martyrs.
This impactful event was observed at various Police Stations, including P/S Reasi, Pouni, Ransoo, Katra, Bhawan, Arnas, Mahore, and Chassana. These locations displayed posters to spread awareness about the event and its underlying theme.
SSP Reasi, Amit Gupta-JKPS, led the ceremony by reading out the pledge, which was then repeated by all officers and officials present. The pledge emphasized the vision to make India self-reliant by 2047, eliminate any vestiges of colonial mindset, celebrate the rich cultural heritage, strengthen unity, and honor those safeguarding the nation.
SSP Reasi, in his address, underscored the significance of the pledge and its role in shaping the future of India. He elucidated the pledge’s essence and the collective duty to contribute to the country’s progress and well-being.
As a tribute to the contributions of the police forces, various Police Stations, Posts, Check Points, and Movable Bunkers showcased banners and posters highlighting their commitment to the campaign’s ideals.
The event witnessed the presence of notable officers, including Dy.SP Hqrs Reasi Neeraj Kumar-JKPS, Dy.SP DAR Reasi Ajaz Ahmed-JKPS, and SHO P/S Reasi Vijay Sharma, among others.
Reasi Police’s resolute participation in the Panch Pran Pledge underlines their unwavering dedication to fostering a developed and self-reliant India, in line with the campaign’s aspirations.
