RAJOURI, Aug 13: In a momentous event, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, along with the a team from the Rural Development Department (RDD) and members of PRIs of Panchayat Kalalkass Block B, inaugurated the Silaphalakam (Memorial Plaque) at the local Amritsarover.

The event was unique as DC Rajouri and the RDD team had to embark on a foot journey to reach the remote Amritsarover area.
