JAMMU, JANUARY 27- As a mark of respect to Mr. R. Venkataraman, former President of India, who passed away today, the State Government has announced seven-day State mourning from January 27 to February 2, 2009, both days inclusive.
All National and State flags shall fly at half-mast during the State mourning on all the buildings and places where these are flown regularly and there will be no official entertainment.
