Jammu, Jan 28: Jammu University Cultural Troupe brought laurels by winning first prize in the skit competition and third prize in the creative dance, in the recently concluded Inter-University National Youth Festival organized by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi and the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports at Vidya Sagar University, Median Pur West Bengal.
Skit team comprised of Juhie Mohan, Isha Taggar, Bhasha Sumbly, Priya Raina, Neeraj Sharma, Sarang Vaid and Vikram Sharma, while creative dance was performed by Poonam Handa. The team was escorted by Dr. Namrata Gupta from GGM Science College and Kulbushan Tahkur from Department of Students Welfare.
Meanwhile, Prof. Varun Sahni, Vice Chancellor , Jammu University, Prof. GS Sambyal, Registrar, Dean Student Welfare, Prof. Dhian Singh Bhau, Prof. Kuldeep K Sharma, Chairman Campus Cultural Committee and Vijay Atri, Assistant Dean Cultural Affairs have congratulated the whole team for this rate honour.
