| Madni for comprehensive master plan for development of Qazigund | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Jan-Senior PDP leader and MLA Devsar Sartaj Madni has asked the government to come up with a comprehensive master plan to develop the historical Qazigund town, which is one of the oldest towns in Kashmir, on modern scientific lines.
"This town is the gateway of Kashmir and as such it needs special attention. For this all the developmental and construction agencies should work in tandem for the beautification of the town" Sartaj Madni said adding that there should be better synergy between different agencies to preserve and protect the scenic beauty of the town.
PDP leader further demanded setting up of a technical college in the Qazigund town, besides establishment of the office of Sub-divisional Magistrate in the town.
