A day long state level awareness camp on agro based food processing industry organized by khadi and village industries commission, govt of India in collaboration with Jay Kay women welfare society was held at SMS college of education Kaluchak here the other day.
During the camp women folk present on the occasion were emphasized on establishment of food processing units, like fruits, vegetables, processing preservation and canning, collection of forest plants, manufacture of garlands, cattle feed, poultry and feed making. Speakes on the occasion urged the youth to come forward and grab the opportunities and is sure to help them in lifting their socio-economics status.
