R.S.Pura (Brijnagar), Jan 30-To commemorate the 61st death anniversary of father of nation Mahatma Gandhi, A function was held at Brijnagar under the president ship of Youth Congress leader Pawan Raina.
A two minutes silence was observed to pay the homage to the departed soul of the father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi.
While paying tributes, Raina recalled the selfless services of father of nation mahatma Gandhi who devoted his life for the cause of nation and taught the world the lesson of non-violence described Gandhi a political saint. He appealed to the people of the state, Particulary youth to work for the communal harmony, brotherhood and secrlarism. Those who present in the function were Choudhary Bachan Lal, Soni Dogra, Mulak Raj, Parveen Choudhary, Ashok Bhagat, Tilak Raj Sapoia, Ashu Tosh, Tufia Hussian, Mohan Lal, P. Chandram, Vijay Raina, Gurmeet Singh and others.
