RM Public School hosts Science Exhibition on 'Eco Innovations'

JAMMU, Sept 2: RM Public School hosted a science exhibition with the theme 'Eco Innovations,' where 28 schools from Jammu and nearby regions showcased a wide range of projects created by young minds. The exhibition included two categories: one for the junior wing (classes 6th to 8th) and another for the senior wing (classes 9th to 12th).
Key Highlights:
The science exhibition was graced by esteemed judges, including Dr. Utsav Sharma, Professor and Head of the Division of Veterinary Gynae and Obstetrics, Surjit Singh Chib, Lecturer in Biology, and Sheetal Gupta, Government Lecturer. These judges provided valuable feedback and insights to the participating students.
Distinguished guests who attended the event included Dr. Meenakshi Kilan, Director of Quality Assurance at Jammu University; Rajesh Rathore, President of Jammu Sahodaya School Complex; Col. Anil Pandit, Commandant of 213 Transit Camp; and Dr. Rohini Aima, Principal of Jammu Sanskriti School. These guests motivated the students and praised their presentations.
The Chairman of RM Public School, Rameshwar Mengi, emphasized the significance of science in daily life and highlighted its role in modern existence.
The winners of the science exhibition were announced by Chairman Rameshwar Mengi:
1st Prize: RM Public School (Junior and Senior categories)
2nd Prize: Shaurya International School (Junior and Senior categories)
3rd Prize: Jammu Sanskriti School (Junior category) and APS Ratnuchak (Senior category)
Consolation prizes were also awarded to encourage and motivate the participating students.
This science exhibition provided a platform for young minds to showcase their innovative projects and fostered a spirit of scientific inquiry and creativity among students. The event celebrated the importance of science in our daily lives and highlighted the achievements of the participants.
