KATHUA, Sept 2: Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rakesh Minhas chaired a meeting today in the Conference hall of DC Office Complex to review the progress of projects undertaken by different sub divisions of PWD (R&B) Department.
The meeting was attended by Superintending Engineer Kathua-Samba Circle, CPO, XEn PWD (R&B) Kathua, XEn Basohli, XEn Hiranagar, XEn Billawar and AEEs.
The DC took comprehensive review of physical and financial progress of works taken up by the PWD (R&B) Sector viz DCB, NABARD,UT-Sector, CRF, Languishing Projects, City & Town, SSY, APDP, DDC, BDC, PRI Grants etc.
The DC directed XENs to pace up the speed of all ongoing works to achieve completion in a time bound manner.
He further asked the concerned XENs to mobilize men and machinery for the saturation of all the pending schemes within set timelines.
He also called for removing bottlenecks by taking all concerned departments onboard. |
