Vishwa Bharati celebrates Teacher’s Day

Jammu, Sept 5: With extreme honour and reverence for the teachers. Vishwa Bharati Public Higher Secondary School Akalpur Morh, Jammu celebrated Teachers Day with great pomp and show.
A lavish programme was ardently chalked out by the students of class 12th. The programme commenced with Guru Vandana which was followed by “Welcome Address” by student Principal Miss Ishika Bral. On this specific occasion, students presented speeches, songs and dances dedicated to their teachers.
Dr. S.K. Koul Secretary Vishwa Bharati Public Higher Secondary School, Prof. Annapurna Koul Principal Vishwa Bharati Public Higher Secondary School, teaching faculty from Vishwa Bharati Public Higher Secondary School and students were present on the occasion.
The Chief guest Dr. S.K Koul in his address wished all the teachers with Happy Teachers Day and admired them for their vital role in making the students productive citizens of the country.
He asserted that the teachers are the real builders of the nation.
The whole programme concluded with vote of thanks by Vice Principal Mr. Sameer Bhat and finally the gifts were given to teachers and sweets were distributed among all along with cutting of cakes.
