| 2.5 kgs of Ganja recovered by PP Chowk Chabutra Jammu one peddler arrested | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 6: Continuing it’s drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Jammu Police achieved major success by recovering 2.5 kgs of Ganja while on patrolling duty rounded up one suspected person in the area under the jurisdiction of PS Pacca Danga.
A police team of PS Pacca Danga led by SDPO North Sunil Kumar Kesar assisted by SHO PS Pacca Danga Inspr Sushil Kumar and I/C PP Chowk Chabutra PSI Anil Kumar rounded up one suspect namely:- Antrayami Nayak S/o Indramani Nayak R/o Talaribandha, Damshai, Odisha A/p Pakki Dhakki Jammu. During search 2.5 Kgs of ganja was recovered from his possession. In this regard, case FIR No. 116/2023 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act has registered at PS Pacca Danga and accused got arrested.
Jammu police is working intensively to uproot the chains of drug supply in the region and thorough questioning of the accused is going on to know the origin of the drugs supply chain.
