Jammu, Jan 31: Justice R.C. Gandhi has been appointed as the Acting Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court from 1st of February 2009, on the superannuation of the outgoing Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court, Narayan Roy. In this regard, the Rajasthan High Court has received an order from the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, on 30th of January 2009 whereby Justice Gandhi has been appointed as Acting CJ of the Rajasthan High Court.
