| Mediclaim deadline extended | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, JAN 31: Government has extended the date of receiving option forms in respect of Employees Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy by Retirees/Serving and former legislators/employees of PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Universities up to February 15, 2009.
According to a Circular issued by the Finance Department, those desirous of participating in the Scheme are hereby informed to submit their option forms on prescribed format to the Additional Secretary, Finance Department, before the expiry of last date after which no option forms will be accepted. However, those who have already submitted their option forms need not submit them again.
