JAMMU, Sept 11: A significant piping ceremony took place at the Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA) in Udhampur today. Shri Garib Dass, IPS, ADGP (Additional Director General of Police) and Director of SKPA Udhampur, adorned the ranks of newly promoted officers. The ceremony honored Assistant Sub-Inspectors Hamid Hussain and Deepak Kumar, as well as Head Constable Vijay Kumar, all of whom have recently been promoted to their current ranks.
During the ceremony, Garib Dass extended his warm congratulations to the newly promoted officers and officials. He provided them with guidance and encouraged them to approach their roles with enthusiasm and the highest level of dedication. He emphasized that promotions not only elevate one's status within the police department but also come with increased responsibilities and challenges in their new roles.
