IMS Jammu concludes five-day MBA induction program

JAMMU, Sept 13: The Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) in Jammu has successfully concluded its comprehensive five-day MBA Induction Program on September 12, 2023, held at its campus. The MBA induction program, which commenced on September 8th, featured prominent guest speakers who imparted valuable insights to the incoming MBA students. The guest speakers included:
Arvind Mahajan: UNIT HR Head, SMVDNSH.
Rajinder Gupta: Digital Marketing Coach.
Nidhi Jamwal: Chief Coordinator, IMS.
Dr. Manmeet Singh: Psychiatrist, ASCOMS Jammu.
On the final day of the program, students had the opportunity to interact with alumni who have excelled in their careers. The alumni guests included:
Harish Raina: Senior Territory Manager, Prachi Publications.
Rohit Bambra: Head Sales, AGL Tiles.
These alumni shared their valuable experiences and lessons learned from their academic journey and corporate experiences, providing valuable insights to the new batch of students.
Throughout the induction program, students engaged in various activities designed to enhance their skills and understanding. These activities included sessions like "Good Idea Bad Idea," role-play activities, slogan competitions, a plantation drive, and more.
Dr. Meenakshi Sharma, Director of IMS, concluded the Induction Program by summarizing its highlights. The program served as an important platform for students to gain knowledge, interact with industry experts, and build a strong foundation for their MBA journey.
