The J&K scheduled caste employees forum have urged upon the governer, and chancellor of university of Jammu to promote R.L Kaith to the post of assistant registrar in the university.
As per press release members of forum in a meeting have requested the governor to create supernumerary post of assistant registrar Kaith in the university and asked the governor to issue directions to registrar to place ignored SC employee in senior scale under two tier scheme, as Kaith has completed more than 25 years of service as required as condition for placement under the scheme.
