Jammu, Sept 17: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District Jammu South will organize a 16-day-long ‘Seva Hi Sangathan’ across the Jammu South to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 73rd birthday on September 17. The program will conclude on Gandhi Jayanti, October 2. Today is a special day, the birthday of a remarkable leader, our beloved Prime Minister (PM), Narendra Modi this was stated by BJP District President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan here at Bhatindi of Bahu Constituency in District Jammu South.
BJP leader Rekha Mahajan addresses the gathering of beneficiaries in Bhatindi with hundreds of beneficiaries from different segments of society, who are availing multiple schemes under the banner of Modi-led government like Ayushman, Ujjwala for women, foreign policy with ‘India First’ at its core, besides the government establishing a fine regional balance are hallmark achievements of the BJP Govt and keeping in view the good governance by it is bound to bear fruit with people bringing BJP to power for the third consecutive term Rekha, added. During the beneficiary program, Rekha Mahajan accompanied by District Secretary Sadiq Ahmed, ST Morcha District President Mohd. Rafiq, ST Morcha Mandal President Liaqat Ali including BJP partymen were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Rekha Mahajan said, “The BJP will run the 16-day ‘Seva Hi Sangathan’ program as part of the ‘Seva Pakhwara’ from the Prime Minister’s birthday on September 17 to Gandhi Jayanti on October 2.” Rekha added that his journey in public life has been marked by an unwavering commitment to social service, national development, and the welfare of the less fortunate. Every moment of his life, every atom of his being, has been dedicated to these noble causes. She also highlighted the work done by the BJP government at the Centre in every sector and under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, India has become the fifth-largest economy in the world. She said that the ideology of BJP is the devoted service of the people therefore the party leaders and workers of all ranks are known for going from door to door and not only taking stock of their problems and issues but getting the same addressed at the earliest.
On this auspicious day of Vishwakarma Jayanti, Rekha emphasized that Modi ji is launching the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, a scheme that promises special benefits to small workers, artisans, and craftsmen engaged in 18 different trades, including goldsmiths, blacksmiths, potters, weavers, and sculptors. These unsung heroes, who have long been on the fringes of the mainstream economy, will now receive the support they deserve. This visionary scheme is expected to positively impact around three million workers in the next five years Rekha, said.
