Jammu, Feb 02- In a petition filed by Dr. Vishal Gupta presently posted as Assistant Surgeon in the Primary Health Center Chibba Block Dansal seeking no objection certificate to enable him to appear in the interview for the admission to three years post-graduate training for Diplomat National Board in Respiratory Medicines at LRS Institute of tuberculosis and Respiratory diseased, Justice YP Nargotra of J&K High Court Jammu Wing, today after hearing Advocate Veenu Gupta appearing for the petitioner, issued notice to State of J&K through Principal Secretary Health and Medical Education Department and Director Health Services Jammu. In the meanwhile Court directed Director Health Services Jammu that he shall take a decision with regard to the issuance of No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner by passing a speaking order by tomorrow.
During the course of arguments Advocate Veenu Gupta, appearing for the petitioner, submitted that since the interview is scheduled for February 5, 2009 at New Delhi necessary directions are required for the respondents to allow the petitioner to undergo three years Post Graduate Training for Diplomat National Board. Court after hearing counsel for the petitioner issued direction. JNF
