JAMMU, Sept 22: In a significant development, Suresh Kumar Khajuria, a retired Executive Engineer (XEN) from the Public Works Department (PWD) in District Ramban, has joined the National Conference (NC). The induction took place in the presence of the former minister and Additional General Secretary, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sadhotra, and Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President of Jammu Province, at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhavan in Jammu.
Welcoming Suresh Kumar Khajuria into the NC, Ajay Kumar Sadhotra and Rattan Lal Gupta highlighted the National Conference's status as a mass movement that has consistently championed the just causes of the people of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh. The party has always worked towards the development and progress of the region with unwavering commitment.
Ajay Kumar Sadhotra expressed disappointment with the claims of development made by the Lieutenant Governor's administration, given the prevailing issues in Jammu and Kashmir. He called upon the people of Ramban district to support the National Conference in the upcoming elections in Jammu and Kashmir, emphasizing the party's commitment to equitable regional development. He also urged party workers to prepare for the upcoming Urban Local Body (ULB) and Panchayat elections, aiming for the victory of the party in the general interest of the people.
Rattan Lal Gupta urged the people to support the National Conference, asserting that it is the only party capable of fulfilling the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir for a brighter future. He emphasized that the National Conference is dedicated to addressing the concerns and aspirations of the people and working towards equitable development and progress in the region.
Suresh Kumar Khajuria pledged to carry forward the mission of the National Conference, aiming to transform Jammu and Kashmir into a peaceful and progressive state through dedication and devotion.
