Two different theft cases solved, by PP Chinore Jammu Three Thieves arrested

Jammu, Sept 25: Two different theft cases solved by PP Chinore Jammu.
A written complaint got registered at PP Chinore by a person namely Sameer Kalla S/o Jawahar Lal R/o Durga Nagar Bantalab, regarding theft of his Scooty bearing Registration No JK02BU-5333 from Durga Nagar area under the jurisdiction of PP Chinore.
On this, a case FIR No 293/2023 U/S 379 IPC got registered at PS Domana.
After this special police teams of PS Domana led by SDPO Domana Vishal Shoor assisted by SHO P/S Domana Inspr. Kunal Singh Jamwal and I/C PP Chinore PSI Rajesh Kumar did strenuous efforts and with the help of various CCTV footages of the area police teams finally arrested the accused person namely Rahul Pandita S/o Late Chunk Lal Pandita R/o Jagti Quater Nagrota A/P Santra Mood Pounichack and on his discloser the stolen vehicle bearing Registration No JK02BU- 5333 was recovered from him.
Similarly, another written complaint got registered by Swami Divyanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj) President (DSNS) Pracheen Shiv Mandir, Kailash Ashram Chinore P/O. Roop Nagar, Teh./Distt. Jammu, J&K (UT) regarding theft in the temple premises area under the jurisdiction of PP Chinore.
On this a case FIR No. 278/2023 U/S 457/380 IPC got registered at PS Domana and investigation started.
After this special police teams of PP Chinore led SDPO Domana Vishal Shoor assisted by SHO P/S Domana Insp. Kunal Singh Jamwal and I/C PP Chinore PSI Rajesh Kumar did strenuous efforts and police teams finally arrested the accused persons namely Sameer Hussain S/o Mubashir Hussain R/o Liyan Teh.Bunjewh Distt. kishtwar A/P Indra Nagar and Jitu gounda S/o Santosh gounda R/o Orissa A/P Rehari Jammu and on their discloser the stolen cash along with Motorcycle used for commission of crime was recovered from them.
It is pertinent to mention that the accused person namely Jitu Gounda was arrested from Srinagar and accused person namely Sameer Hussain is already in judicial custody and is lodged at District Jail.
Further investigation of the case is going on
