R.S. Pura, Feb, 3: A 23 year old ‘Lucky’ son of Gulshan Kumar in hawker of Bakshi nagar, has seen advised for immediate heart surgery due to acute heart disorder. Being poor his father is not in a position to bear the cost of operation which comes to rupees two lakhs.
